Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain custom or perishable products are non-returnable; such exclusions appear in the product description.
2. Defective Products
Returns for defective products are free, with no restocking fee applied and return shipping costs covered by GMICore. To qualify, the defect must be reported within 30 days of receipt, and evidence (e.g., photos or description) may be required during the Return Authorization process. Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and process a full refund or replacement.
3. Restocking Fees
Standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover supplier handling costs. This fee is waived if the return results from GMICore’s error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
4. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise arranged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method.
5. Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
Log in to your account or contact customer support, providing the order number.
Receive a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.
Ship the item to the designated address.
Once the supplier confirms receipt and inspection, GMICore will issue a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled before shipment are refunded in full. Cancellations after shipment are subject to the 20% restocking fee plus any shipping charges already incurred.
