1. Shipping and Delivery
All GMICore orders are fulfilled through authorized suppliers under a dropship model. Products ship directly from our trusted manufacturing and distribution partners to maintain inventory freshness and provide competitive pricing on premium laboratory supplies, including columns, filtration solutions, benchtop equipment, chromatography products, and cold-storage systems.
Unless otherwise selected at checkout, shipments are processed on a Prepay & Add (PP&A) basis—GMICore prepays carrier costs and includes them on the customer invoice. Buyers who prefer to use their own carrier must provide complete shipping account details at checkout. Delivery estimates shown online are for reference only and are not guaranteed.
For international orders, GMICore can arrange Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service. Buyers choosing Door-to-Door delivery must supply broker information during checkout. All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly; however, delays caused by supplier availability, carrier performance, or force-majeure events are beyond our control. Customers will receive email updates on order status.
2. Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. If external damage is visible, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt, photograph the damage and packaging, and keep all materials for inspection.
Report internal damage or missing items notify GMI’s customer support within seven (7) days of receipt. GMICore will coordinate with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or credit.
If shipping under GMICore’s PP&A service, we will file any carrier claims. If you used your own carrier, please submit claims directly with that carrier. Failure to report issues within seven days waives eligibility for compensation.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled without penalty before supplier shipment. After shipment, cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking and processing fee plus any incurred shipping charges. Cancellations shall be submitted via email or through the Buyer’s account dashboard on supplies.gmi-inc.com, whereupon GMI shall confirm the cancellation and process a full refund.
