1. General

These Terms govern all purchases made on GMICore and its affiliated sites operated by GMI OpCo (DBA “GMI”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

All online orders are prepaid unless otherwise approved by the GMICore team. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and import fees. Proof of tax-exempt status must be provided prior to purchase if applicable.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors.

4. Warranty

New parts and benchtop equipment carry manufacturer warranties as specified in individual product listings.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All products are fulfilled via authorized dropshipping suppliers. Standard PP&A and alternative-carrier options, international delivery terms, and liability limitations are outlined in our Shipping Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs all returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

7. Equipment Use and Licensing

All equipment is sold for research use only. GMICore and GMI are not responsible for results obtained from diagnostic or clinical use. Some systems may require manufacturer software licenses; obtaining these licenses is the Buyer’s responsibility.

8. Price Match Guarantee

GMICore’s Price Match Guarantee applies to identical, in-stock products from qualified competitors. Proof of lower pricing must be provided before purchase. Exclusions include auction sites, liquidation sales, and pricing errors. If we cannot match a verified lower price, you’ll receive a $250 voucher toward your next purchase. 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Minneapolis, Minnesota, to whose jurisdiction both parties submit.

10. Modifications

GMICore reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site after posting constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
